Isaac Gonzalez, a 4th grade student at Deanna Davenport Elementary,won the regional competition of the ‘Take Care of Texas’ art contest hosted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Issac willbe awarded a Samsung tablet for his winning artwork today,representing the entire El Paso region.
