The Board of Trustees on August 22, 2022, approved the calling of a bond referendum to be taken to the voters of the Canutillo Independent School District on November 8, 2022. If approved, the District would yield $264.1 million to address critical facilities issues in the four following categories:
- Safety & Security
- Growth in the District
- Equity in Facilities
- Student Programming
