Canutillo Elementary

Canutillo Elementary School serves 569 students in grades pre-k through fifth and was established as the Lone Star School in the early 1900s. After Canutillo Independent School District was established in 1959, the name of Canutillo Elementary School was coined, and students moved into the Alamo Building. In 1998 and 1999, voters approved bond funding to build a new CES adjacent to the old building. The proposed 2021 CISD bond, if passed, will fund security upgrades, campus maintenance and improvements.

Canutillo 2021 Bond program funds for CES ≈ $2.9M
