Returning Substitute

Application Process

  1. All returning substitute teachers will receive the following documents electronically on an annual basis:
    • Letter of Reasonable Assurance,
    • Job Description,
    • Handbook Acknowledgement Form, and
    • Substitute Teacher Handbook.

    All items will need to be reviewed and accepted by the deadline for the school year being renewed.

  2. Substitutes will be required to attend mandatory returning substitute orientation.
  3. Access your district email account  and complete the required online training.

All Substitute Teachers will be responsible for checking their district email address for information on the renewal process and mandatory trainings.
