Documents
Canutillo High School students requesting a parking permit will need to fill out and submit the following documents:
- Parking Permit Form
- Student Parking Rules and Guidelines
- Guidelines Acknowledgement
- State issued driver's license
- Proof of current insurance on the vehicle
First permit is free. Any additional permits (if lost or damaged) will cost $5.
