Parent and Family Engagement

We welcome our parents!

Under Section 1116 of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), the district is required to have an education plan that welcomes all families and seeks to strengthen the partnership between families, school and community to improve student outcomes.

“At the end of the day, the most overwhelming key to a child’s success is the positive involvement of parents.” -Jane D. Hull

Canutillo ISD receives federal grant funds and must comply with the policy outlined in the law.
