Are you a new transfer? How to enroll your child to Canutillo ISD

We’re excited you’re interested in joining Canutillo ISD! Follow these simple steps to get your child registered:

Step 1: Submit a Transfer Request 
Start by completing the online Transfer Form.

• This form must be submitted online.
• Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the district.

Step 2: Watch for Next Steps
After your form is received and processed:

• You will be contacted by a campus registrar.
• They will let you know when you can move forward.

Step 3: Create Your Parent Account
Once notified:

• Set up your parent account on the Parent Portal using the instructions provided.
• Begin filling out your child’s online registration.

Note: You may not be able to complete everything yet, but you’ll be able to get most of it done.

Step 4: Wait for Transfer Approval
Your transfer request will be reviewed and approved by campus and district administrators.

• This step ensures your child is eligible and space is available.

Step 5: Complete Registration
Once your transfer is approved:

• The registrar will notify you.
• Log back into the Parent Portal and finish the registration process.

You’re All Set!

After completing registration, your child will be officially enrolled at their Canutillo ISD campus.
